Bon Secours Mercy Health Global Business Services – Manila is seeking an ERP Center of Excellence Manager to lead ERP operations, governance and continuous improvement across Finance, Supply Chain and HR platforms. The role drives ERP strategy, system optimization and data integrity to deliver scalable solutions with a strong end-user experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience supporting ERP systems or large-scale enterprise technology platforms.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in an ERP, shared services or technology environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers or people leaders.
• Experience with ERP governance, master data management, reporting, integrations and platform enhancement management.
• Experience supporting enterprise ERP platforms within healthcare or similarly regulated industries preferred.
• Experience leading complex system implementations, upgrades or transformation initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations across governance and strategic initiatives in multiple functional areas.
• Develop and manage a team of ERP leaders with coaching and career growth.
• Drive standardization, automation and efficiency improvements.
• Align ERP strategies with enterprise goals, roadmaps and best practices.
• Oversee ERP configuration activities and system integrations across Finance, Supply Chain and HR.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Supply Chain and HR to implement scalable ERP solutions.
• Ensure end-user support processes and platform adoption meet service levels.
• Lead testing, upgrades, data conversion and reporting enhancements.
• Support enterprise transformation programs and ERP integration initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs related to ERP operations, data quality and risk.
