Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field. Finance is a plus, not a prerequisite.
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships, not just managing them.
• Strong communicator in English, written and spoken.
• SEC license (equities/fixed income) is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cover and service institutional accounts: long-only funds, hedge funds, and regional investors.
• Distribute CLSA/CITICS research, pitch stock ideas, and flag market-moving themes.
• Coordinate analyst access, roadshows, investor field trips, and conference logistics.
• Support deal flow as needed: ECM transactions, syndicate, and capital markets events.
• Build and maintain revenue rankings with regional accounts.
• Champion CLSA in external broker polls.
• Execute client orders across the Philippine equity market.
• Track market intelligence: liquidity, positioning, and block activity.
• Cross-sell CLSA execution products and solutions to institutional clients.
• Collaborate with global execution desks and internal sales & research teams.
