CLSA is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales professional to drive revenue and deepen client relationships in the Philippine market. You will pitch stock ideas, industry trends, and research insights to investors while supporting analysts to connect with clients through calls and meetings.

You will manage regional accounts, raise revenue with long-only and hedge funds, and facilitate product distribution both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holder in Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investment banking or financial industry, with focus in regional sales.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

• Organize and lead investor field trips for domestic and foreign accounts.
• Champion CLSA in external broker polls.
• Serve as deal captain on fund raisings, work closely with syndicate and ECM.

Responsible for the development of business relationships and maximising revenues and servicing clients on daily basis; promote and market CLSA products.

• Manage specialist sales and analysts in coverage and service of regional accounts as account manager

• Promote events, conferences and visits to the Philippines (foreign investors); push for payback of such events
• Organize and lead investor field trips for both domestic & foreign accounts
• Champion CLSA in external broker polls
• Serve as deal captain on various fund raisings, work closely with syndicate and ECM

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder or above in Finance or related discipline(s)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investment banking sector or financial industry, with focus in regional sales
• Able to adapt in a multi-cultural environment
• Good team player and passionate about the Finance industry
• Strong interpersonal, people management and negotiations skills
• Good communication in written and spoken English
