AB Capital Securities in Manila seeks a market-savvy professional to execute buy and sell orders on the PSE, service a portfolio of clients, and deliver timely market insights. You will monitor market actions, develop client relationships, and drive brokerage revenue while adhering to compliance standards.

Candidates with a degree in Finance or related field, plus a valid dealer license or willingness to obtain one, are encouraged. Fresh graduates with passion for markets are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Licensed Dealer (PSE/SEC Salesman’s License) or willing to obtain licensure; ABCSI will support the process.
• 1–3 years of experience in equities trading or brokerage is a plus, fresh graduates encouraged.
• Solid understanding of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) market, trading mechanics, and listed companies.
• Comfortable with market data platforms and trading systems; quick to learn new tools.
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset; able to build and maintain relationships with investors.

Responsabilidades

• Execute buy and sell orders on the PSE accurately and in a timely manner while complying with PSE rules and SEC regulations.
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients; provide market updates, investment ideas, and timely trade recommendations.
• Track price movements, corporate actions, market news, and PSE disclosures to provide timely information.
• Actively grow the client base through referrals, networking, and outreach; contribute to brokerage revenue targets.
• Adhere to all PSE, SEC, and internal compliance requirements; maintain accurate client transaction records.
• Stay current on market developments and investment products to better serve clients and grow professionally.
