Job summary

MinebeaMitsumi Philippines is looking for a leader to manage the Equipment Engineering and Technician team to ensure smooth equipment operations and drive technical excellence. You will guide problem solving, mentoring, and hands-on support across manufacturing lines.

You will collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support line changes, process improvements, and new product launches.
