MinebeaMitsumi Philippines is seeking an Equipment Supervisor to oversee equipment operations on production lines. You will lead a team of Equipment Engineers and Technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to maintain smooth, reliable, and efficient equipment performance.

The role requires strong technical skills, leadership experience, and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement, with on-site, full-time work and relocation flexibility within the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in electronics manufacturing and equipment operation.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineers and technicians.
• Mindset focused on continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
• Wamiliarity with ESD, Safety, and Quality standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team of Equipment Engineers and Technicians to ensure smooth equipment operations
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
• Train and mentor equipment technicians and engineers on best practices and technical skills.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support line changes, process improvements, and new product launches.
• Drive the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives to boost equipment efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to achieve manufacturing goals.
• Ensure all equipment activities comply with ESD, Safety, and Quality standards.
