is seeking an experienced Equipment Engineer Manager for our manufacturing operations in Cavite City. The role focuses on leading equipment enhancements, optimizing production yield, and ensuring machines are kept in top operating condition. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in a management engineering role within manufacturing, with strong knowledge of semiconductor processes and Tape & Reel handling.

Qualifications

• Must hold an engineering degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Equipment Engineer Manager in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of semiconductor processes and Tape & Reel handling.
• Proven ability to improve in-house machine capability and maximize production yield.
• Strong leadership to develop technicians and maintain spare parts records.

Responsibilities

• Drive equipment enhancement and improvements achieving higher effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure all manufacturing machines are operational and well maintained.
• Develop technical competencies for technicians and maintenance staff.
• Maintain spare inventory records and optimize parts availability.
• Support CSR commitments and uphold company standards in daily operations.

Job description

• Graduate of any Engineering Course (Industrial Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related course
• At least 5 years experience as Equipment Engineer Manager in Manufacturing Company
• Knowledgeable in semiconductor process
• Knowledgeable in Tape and Reel
• Improve in - house machine capability and maximize production yield
• Responsible for equipment enhancement and improvement achieving effectiveness and efficiency
• Ensures all machines are operational
• Develop technical competencies for technician
• Maintains spare inventory records
