Job summary

STMicroelectronics Philippines in Calamba is seeking a Test Equipment Engineer to support machine installation, ramp-up, and ongoing documentation such as FMEA and work instructions.

The role focuses on improving OEE and stability, performing MTBI analysis, and managing spare parts. A strong background in Excel/Power BI and at least 5 years in semiconductor test equipment engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering required with relevant semiconductor experience.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in Test Equipment Engineering in semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Machine installation and ramp up.
• Create and maintain equipment documents (FMEA, PM Work Instruction, Machine Work Instruction).
• Improve OEE and stability of lines.
• Perform MTBI analysis and implement improvements.
• Maintain spare parts and equipment data.
• Possess knowledge of SPEA machines and basic machine programming.

Job description

Your Role

• Machine installation and ramp up
• Creation and maintenance of Equipment Documents such as FMEA, PM Work Instruction, Machine Work Instruction
• OEE improvement and Stability
• MTBI (Mean Time Before Assist) Analysis and Improvement
• Spare parts Enrollment and maintenance
• Preferably has a very good knowledge of SPEA Machines
• Handler Jam and MUBA data gathering and monitoring
• Monitoring of Site Parallelism

Your Skills & Experiences

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and Power Bi
• 5 years relevant experience as Test Equipment Engineering in semiconductor industry
• Good presentation skill
• Can work independently
• Should be flexible and willing to learn on different areas in Manufacturing
• Can do basic machine programming
