Job summary

Shearwater Asia is seeking an EPM Functional Consultant in the Philippines to implement end‑to‑end EPM solutions for clients across Asia. You will bridge business needs with technical execution, delivering Go‑Lives and client transformation using Workday Adaptive Planning and Jedox.

The role combines advisory work, requirements gathering, and hands-on system configuration under a Project Manager. A strong FP&A, finance, and data analytics background is essential, with SaaS experience highly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on EPM implementation and design, FP&A and financial consolidation.
• Certification and experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or Jedox preferred; other EPM tools valuable.
• Broad background in FP&A, CPM/EPM, BI or ERP systems.
• Strong MS Excel, and knowledge of SQL or multidimensional modeling.

Responsibilities

• Understand client planning processes and migrate legacy models to EPM platforms.
• Recommend best solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timelines.
• Lead design sessions and make configuration decisions with client input.
• Build and troubleshoot complex EPM models ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning and Jedox features.
• Collaborate with ERP, DW, HCM, BI and other systems for data integration.
• Assist with pre‑sales activities including solution demos as SME.
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user workshops.
