Job summary

Datacom Philippines is seeking a Workday Functional Consultant to act as the bridge between client business users, stakeholders and implementation teams. You will lead workshops, elicit requirements, craft solutions and articulate Workday concepts to clients.

You will manage multiple projects, lead Workday HCM workstreams for clients, from requirements gathering through configuration and testing, with knowledge transfer and user training to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have Workday implementation experience.
• HCM Core and Compensation knowledge.
• Certification in Workday (PRO) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients from requirements gathering to design and configuration.
• Oversee testing, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.
• Maintain expert-level client-facing guidance throughout engagements.

About the Role (your why)

As a Workday- Functional Consultant, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the implementation teams. This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities. You’ll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you’ll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating Workday concepts.

What you’ll do

At the moment, as a Workday - Functional Consultant, you will be across multiple projects with high profile clients.

You will lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities. You will then lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.

The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role.
