A leading staffing solutions provider in the Philippines is looking for a skilled Oracle EPM Project Lead. You will lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with client needs. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM and has completed at least three full lifecycle implementations. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. This hybrid position requires strong communication and project management skills to foster client relationships and ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EPM projects from initiation to completion.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into EPM solutions.
• Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials.
• Lead and participate in Oracle EPM implementations, providing expertise across EPM moules including Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management, and Enterprise Data Management.
• Manage project teams and coordinate efforts between functional and technical resources.
• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials.
• Collaborate with the presales team to deliver business development solutions, including effort estimation.
• Maintain strong client relationships to understand and address their ongoing needs.
