Job description

As Senior EPM Consultant, you will leverage your solid technical expertise in EPM implementations while developing your client-facing skills and business acumen. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex enterprise projects, build meaningful client relationships, and grow into a trusted advisor role while contributing to the success of our expanding EPM practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and execute successful EPM implementations, ensuring alignment with client specifications and deliverables
• Provide end-to-end support, including user training, documentation, and post-implementation services
• Analyse and document business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions
• Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks
• Support client relationship management activities and participate in stakeholder meetings
• Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting solution design and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design, configure, and integrate solutions
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources while mitigating risks
• Mentor junior consultants and analysts to build team capabilities
• Support the development of standardized methodologies and delivery frameworks

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in EPM implementations (Jedox, Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream considered)
• Solid technical expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and financial systems integration
• Deep functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes
• Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to business users
• Experience working with finance teams and understanding their operational requirements
• Experience with large enterprise implementations, particularly conglomerates (preferred)
• Finance or accounting background (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred)
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team leadership and mentoring experience
