Staffing For Doctors is seeking a patient-focused Medical Receptionist & Scheduling Coordinator in the Philippines to manage high-volume calls and front-desk operations. You will be the primary voice and digital receptionist, handling 60–70 calls per day and scheduling routine patient appointments in Epic EMR.

You will verify insurance, update demographics, route messages to the care team, and support general administrative tasks to keep clinic workflows smooth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Epic EMR for scheduling and patient chart management.
• Experience handling 60+ inbound and outbound call volumes daily in a U.S. medical office setting.
• Understanding of medical scheduling and insurance verification workflows.
• Clear, empathetic and professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage 60–70 inbound/outbound patient calls daily with a warm, professional presence.
• Schedule routine appointments and follow-ups per scheduling templates; reduce no-shows.
• Maintain patient demographics and insurance records in Epic; document interactions in real time.
• Assist with basic insurance verification and front-desk tasks to support workflow.
