Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced EHR Developer to design and customize Epic modules, manage Chronicles databases, and optimize the MyChart portal for enhanced patient engagement. You will build data models with Caboodle to enable advanced analytics and collaborate with clinicians to deliver compliant, efficient workflows.

The role is 100% remote, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a global Top 1% engineering team on healthcare IT initiatives.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Software Development, EHR Systems, or Healthcare IT.
Proven expertise in developing and customizing Epic electronic health record systems.
Proficiency with Chronicles database, MyChart portal, and Caboodle data warehouse.
Possession of relevant Epic certifications as required for the role.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design and develop customized clinical workflows and modules within the Epic ecosystem.
Manage and optimize Epic Chronicles databases to ensure efficient data storage and system performance.
Customize and maintain the MyChart patient portal to enhance patient engagement and access to health information.
Develop complex data models and extraction processes using the Caboodle data warehouse for advanced analytics.
Collaborate with clinical staff to translate healthcare requirements into robust technical specifications.
Maintain and update EHR configurations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
