Job summary

Prime Infra is seeking a Procurement professional in the Philippines to analyze the end-to-end EPC procurement plan, align with project timelines, and validate PMC reports through on-site monitoring and third-party inputs. The role supports local sourcing of non-EPC items and serves as the SCM point of contact for OVWPI.

The role requires extensive experience in procurement/supply chain/logistics and familiarity with importation processes and quality assurance in industrial equipment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related course.
With at least five (5) years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain / Logistics.
Experience in construction industry is an advantage.
End to end procurement process.
Importation process and Incoterms.
Familiarity with Quality Assurance and Material Testing processes (for manufacture of industrial equipment).

Responsibilities

Procurement Monitoring Report Delivery: Prepare and present weekly / monthly procurement reports across Planning - Purchasing - Manufacture - Testing - Shipping - Port Release - Storage - Warranties - Payment.
Identify leading indicators for delivery/supply impact against project plan.
Highlight risks and propose mitigation actions for delayed items and mobilize EPC support as needed with local contacts.
