Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within environmental services, regulatory compliance, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate proficiency in other Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Working knowledge of NetSuite
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Strong business writing and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence when interacting with personnel at all organizational levels
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and meet established deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced team environment
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of the background, requirements, and applicability of specific U.S. environmental regulations.
- Request and collect client data required for filing regulatory reports.
- Analyze and organize data for environmental regulatory plans and reports.
- Manage Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and perform accurate data entry.
- Submit data through online reporting systems and explain filing procedures to clients.
- Develop expertise in assigned environmental compliance disciplines.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based compliance practitioners to meet environmental deadlines and complete projects.
- Support the development of facility site maps using Microsoft-based applications.
