Job summary

Lotus Central Mall, Inc. is seeking an Environmental & Safety Compliance Supervisor to oversee environmental and safety compliance across multiple Lotus Development sites. You will ensure regulatory reports, inspections, and safety documentation are monitored and completed on time.

The role requires leading compliance activities, coordinating with officers and agencies, and maintaining inspection-ready records across all sites in Cavite and nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Pollution Control Officer (PCO).
• Experience in environmental compliance, regulatory documentation, permit monitoring, or safety coordination.
• Strong knowledge of DENR/LLDA requirements, environmental reporting, and permit compliance.
• Experience coordinating compliance activities across multiple sites is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and capable of managing multiple regulatory deadlines.
• Willing to conduct site visits, attend inspections, and coordinate compliance activities.
• PCO accreditation, BOSH/COSH certification, or related environmental and safety training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee environmental and safety compliance documentation, regulatory submissions, and compliance coordination across our sites.
• Manage compliance calendars, trackers, deadlines, and supporting documents across multiple sites.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of DENR/LLDA reports, including SMR and CMR.
• Monitor environmental permits, discharge requirements, and renewal deadlines.
• Coordinate wastewater sampling, laboratory testing, and required corrective actions.
• Ensure all sites maintain complete and inspection-ready compliance records.
• Monitor inspection findings, corrective action plans, and completion of requirements.
• Coordinate with Pollution Control Officers, Safety Officers, contractors, laboratories, and government agencies.
• Oversee safety training documentation, program schedules, and compliance records.
• Prepare compliance status reports and elevate potential violations or overdue requirements.
