FELCRIS HOTELS AND RESORTS CORPORATION is seeking an EHSS Manager to lead Health, Environment, Safety, and Security initiatives in our Davao City operations. You willDevelop and enforce safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and drive environmental programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost-effective EHSS management.

The role requires 3–5 years in EHSS or related management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in EHSS or related management role.
• Strong background in Health, Environment, Safety, and Security compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and reporting requirements.
• Strong leadership, risk assessment, and crisis management skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Responsabilités

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Health, Safety & Environment

• Develop and enforce workplace safety and health policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and accident investigations
• Oversee environmental programs (waste management, pollution control, sustainability initiatives)
• Lead emergency preparedness programs (fire, earthquake, chemical, and disaster drills)
• Supervise inspection and maintenance of firefighting systems and safety equipment

Security Management

• Plan, organize, and supervise all security operations and personnel
• Oversee security contractors and ensure compliance with RA 11917 & RA 10591
• Conduct security risk assessments and implement preventive measures
• Develop security plans for high-risk or special events
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in EHSS or related management role
• Strong background in Health, Environment, Safety, and Security compliance
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and reporting requirements
• Strong leadership, risk assessment, and crisis management skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
