Job summary

EnerZones in Subic Bay Freeport Zone is seeking an entry-level Revenue Management Staff to handle daily over-the-counter collections, posting payments, and pursuing overdue accounts to sustain healthy cash flow.

You will issue official receipts, oversee Third-Party Collection Agents, manage disconnections and reconnections, evaluate payment extension requests, and resolve customer inquiries while complying with company standards and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Entry level role; no prior leadership required.
• Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collection & AR Management: Receive walk-in payments, issue receipts, reconcile remittances, and track delinquencies.
• TPA Oversight: Monitor third-party collectors for SLA compliance and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Disconnection & Reconnection Operations: Manage daily disconnection orders and fast-track reconnections upon settlement.
• Payment Arrangements & Refunds: Evaluate extension requests within authority and process refunds for overpayments or deposits.
• Customer Inquiry & Case Resolution: Handle walk-in, social media, phone, and Zendesk inquiries professionally.
• Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Prepare daily logs and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
