Job summary

EnerZones in Subic, Zambales, Philippines, is seeking an entry-level Revenue Management Staff to support cash collection, posting payments, and overdue account recovery, ensuring accurate daily remittances and compliant cash handling.

You will issue receipts, enforce payment arrangements, oversee Third-Party Collection Agents, and coordinate disconnections and fast-track reconnections while upholding company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• License not required.
• No certifications required; entry level role.

Responsibilities

• Receive walk-in cash/check payments, issue Official Receipts, reconcile daily remittances.
• Monitor Third-Party Collection Agents and ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinate disconnection and reconnection orders for non-payment.
• Process payment extension requests within authority limits and handle refunds.
• Address customer inquiries via walk-in, social media, phone, and Zendesk.
• Prepare daily collection logs and ensure regulatory compliance.
