BCM One is seeking an LNP Analyst to manage number porting requests and coordinate with US partners and carriers from our Bacolod City office. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office days three times a week and work-from-home on others, night shifts, and opportunities to grow within the CoreDial team.

You will validate documents, monitor order progress, and maintain accurate case updates while providing timely responses to partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Confidence handling customer or partner calls.
• Experience in customer service, BPO, hospitality, or ticketing is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Position Overview:

Help customers keep their phone numbers when changing telecommunications providers. As an LNP Analyst at BCM One, you will manage porting requests, coordinate with US partners and carriers, and keep each order accurate and on schedule. You will gain hands on experience in telecommunications operations, customer support, and carrier systems. You will join a supportive CoreDial team at BCM One’s Megaworld office, with training and a clear path toward more complex work and future Senior Analyst opportunities.

Work Locations:

This position will be hybrid based out of our office in Bacolod City, Philippines. We are typically in the office 3 days per week with WFH the other 2 days. This is subject to change based on the demands of the position and company. This position must live and be authorized to work in the Philippines; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.

Hours:

Night Shift - 8:30 pm to 5:30 am local. (8:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern US business hours.)

What You Will Do:
