Job summary

Kooapps Inc. in Makati City is looking for an entry-level IT Support specialist to help troubleshoot hardware and software issues, set up and configure computers, and maintain company networks.

You will also deploy internal systems with scripting, manage user accounts and assets, and assist with purchasing of hardware and software. Willingness to work Monday through Saturday and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues for computers.

• Internal system deployment with automation via scripting.
• Propose, canvas, purchase required hardware/software.
• Manage internal user accounts and access.
• Track and manage all computer-related assets.
