Job summary

MCVO Talent Outsourcing Services in Makati seeks an IT Helpdesk specialist to maintain company computers, networks, and cloud apps. You'll provide L1–L2 support for on-site and remote staff, install and upgrade hardware/software, and coordinate with vendors for repairs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, 2–3 years in technical support, and strong English communication. Flexibility for shifting schedules and weekends is needed; the company offers onboarding and ongoing IT process

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/College degree in Computer Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide L1 to L2 technical support to on-site and remote employees (troubleshooting OS, email, VPN, software, network access and peripheral issues).
Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and software.
Monitor and maintain IT hardware/software inventory; coordinate with third-party vendors for repairs or replacements.
Perform device checks on current employees and new applicants’ personal computers.
Configure and maintain security baseline on hardware and systems.
Handle IT onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Perform weekly configuration backups and ensure restoration readiness.
Send IT reminders and notifications via email.
Assist in drafting and maintaining IT policies and SOPs.
Assist Network and System Admin in configuring and maintaining company’s system and network infrastructure.
