Kooapps in Makati City is seeking an IT Support professional to troubleshoot hardware and software, set up and configure computers, and design and maintain the company networking system.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair both hardware and software issues for computers.
• Set up computers, installation and configuration.
• Design, implement, and maintain the company networking system.
• Maintain and back up all services and data.
• Internal system and service deployment with scripting automations.
• Propose, canvas, purchase all hardware and software needed.
• Manage internal user accounts and access and track assets.
