Job summary

CAPLINQ Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Support Specialist in Manila to support bulk bid processes and customer-specific pricing coordination. The role requires strong Excel skills, data accuracy, and clear communication with internal teams including sales and US-based staff.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage data across multiple bids, ensuring timely submissions while maintaining pricing history and supplier cost updates.

Qualifications

• Efficient in Excel: data review, validation, reconciliation and spreadsheet mgmt.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Experience handling large data volumes with data integrity and compliant processes.
• Professional written communication with external sellers, vendors, stakeholders.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with sellers and partners.
• Comfortable occasional calls to clarify information and resolve issues.
• ERP system experience; Netsuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support bulk bid process for long-term contracts by preparing and maintaining large Excel spreadsheets.
• Populate bid spreadsheets with SKU-level details: unit cost, lead times, MOQs, shelf life, origin.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather SKU details and verify bid completeness.
• Review bid spreadsheets for accuracy before submission deadlines.
• Track bid timelines and follow up to ensure information is collected on schedule.
• Coordinate supplier cost changes and generate updated price quotes for customer-specific SKUs.
• Distribute internal quote notifications indicating price changes or stability.
