Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Taguig is seeking a pricing-focused professional to join our commercial team. You will support pricing processes, rebates, and reporting while collaborating across disciplines.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, Excel expertise, and a proactive, high-energy approach. Hybrid work arrangement begins after training, with responsibilities across UK-related projects and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience in pricing role (preferred).
• Experience of using CPQ (preferred).
• Highly motivated self-starter, willing to work across multiple disciplines to build out insight.
• Strong organisation & time management skills working to multiple priorities.
• Strong commercial acumen & understanding of business drivers.
• Ability to work in a high performing team.
• Excellent communicator with a pro-active approach and with a Can do mentality.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing processes including pricing approvals, rebates, accruals, and reporting.
• Process SME1 opportunities – for example: Adjusting interest rates, lease terms, framework terms, contract extensions and MPS opportunities.
• Process L3 Pricing opportunities – for example: global contract pricing, framework pricing, implementation of complex tender based bespoke pricing, deal pricing support requests, trials, refurbished and second-hand equipment, new component add-ons, and termination.
• Implement pricing-guided changes to align billing periods.
• Process rebates according to customer contracts.
• Support UK business delivery on cross-functional commercial projects.
• Contribute to continual process improvements.

Work schedule: M-F, 3PM to 12AM / 4PM to 1AM

Work setup: Hybrid after training

Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig City

Essential duties

1. Support business critical activity such as service pricing, pricing approvals, rebates, accruals, mandatory business reporting & commissions processes
2. Process SME1 opportunities – for example: Adjusting interest rates, lease terms, framework terms, contract extensions and MPS opportunities
3. Process L3 Pricing opportunities – for example: global contract pricing, framework pricing, implementation of complex tender based bespoke pricing, deal pricing support requests, trials, refurbished and second-hand equipment, new component add-ons, and termination
4. Process pricing guided changes to align billing periods
5. Process rebates according to customer contractual commitments
6. Take an active role on behalf of the commercial team in any project and programmes that span the scope of the role to support the UK business delivery.
7. Take an active role in the continual improvements of processes
