Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain project documents, technical files, and records.
• Ensure proper filing, tracking, and updating hard and soft copy documents.
• Prepare transmittal forms, reports, and document logs.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding document submission and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of permits, project updates, and compliance documents.
• Support site documentation for telecom projects such as cell site construction and maintenance.
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and completeness of all files.
• Assist in report preparation and administrative support for project teams.
