Job summary

FiberHome Phils., Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Control/Documentation Specialist to manage planning, scheduling, and documentation for large scale material handling projects.

You will develop detailed work plans, monitor progress, maintain logs and reports, ensure compliance with permits, and coordinate with site teams to keep milestones on track, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, PM, or related field.
• 2–5 years in project control, planning, or documentation roles.
• Experience with large volume material handling projects.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle, scheduling, and control processes.
• Excellent documentation, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and document control systems; basic AutoCAD reading.
• Familiar with Philippine regulations (DENR, DOLE, LGU).
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed work plans, baseline schedules, and milestones.
• Define production targets and prepare WBS, resource plans, and CP analyses.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions for schedule variances.
• Maintain schedule registers and communicate timeline status to stakeholders.
• Manage all project documentation from pre‑project to closeout.
• Ensure compliance with permits and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and support audits with records.
