Qualifications

• No call center experience required.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• K12 graduate or completed at least 2nd year college level (old and new curriculum) / 2 year vocational graduate / 2 year Associate graduate
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge in Australian/New Zealand culture is a plus
