Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, payroll, or admin support.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial and employee information with integrity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Encode and maintain employee timekeeping records accurately.
• Prepare and organize payroll data for processing.
• Encode and maintain AP transactions and supporting documents.
• Monitor AR records and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Record and encode bank transactions accurately and timely.
• Assist in basic account reconciliations.
• Prepare government-related documents and compliance requirements.
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial, payroll, and administrative records.
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance Manager.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
