This full‑time position will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and tenants, delivering a welcoming and secure experience. You will greet and assist guests, monitor access, coordinate deliveries, and respond to requests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Doorman, security personnel, or in a similar customer-facing role within facilities management or hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform duties.
• Flexible to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and possess valid ID.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, clients, and tenants upon arrival.
• Monitor and control building access with credentials and visitor logs.
• Assist visitors and tenants with directions and information.
• Perform security checks of the entrance and surrounding areas.
• Answer telephone inquiries and direct calls to tenants or departments.
• Maintain a clean, presentable entrance area at all times.
• Coordinate deliveries and log packages.
• Respond promptly to requests from tenants, visitors, and staff.
• Report security concerns or maintenance issues to management.
• Support facilities management team to ensure smooth operations.
