Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Architect (CTA Aspirants) to design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions, blending enterprise architecture with AI capabilities. You will lead design sessions, integrate AI-driven features using tools like Claude, and ensure scalable, robust systems aligned with client goals.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, drive pre-sales activities, and travel extensively to customer sites to shape architecture and governance across projects.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 8 years on the Salesforce platform.
• Expert level understanding of Salesforce product suite: Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing Cloud.
• Strong architecture design patterns and ability to scale large web-based systems.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs and ETL, plus using AI platforms to optimize design.
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and expectations.
• Translate business needs into well-architected Salesforce solutions and identify autonomous AI opportunities.
• Design and integrate scalable AI-enabled Salesforce architectures within customer environments.
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client goals.
• Enforce coding standards and review code using AI tools to ensure quality and performance.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance and business value.
• Maintain target billable utilization and participate in pre-sales activities when needed.
• Debug complex issues with AI-assisted diagnostics and optimize performance.
• Liaise with Salesforce product teams and travel 50-75% of the time.
