Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Director of Technical Consulting to lead the Architects’ Practice in the Global Delivery Centre.

The role focuses on scaling professional services delivery across regions and mentoring technical architects on modern AI platforms. You’ll partner with Delivery Managers and client executives to architect scalable Salesforce solutions, manage capacity, and drive governance for enterprise engagements, ensuring high CSAT and ROI while advancing an AI-first delivery

Qualifications

18+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects.
Strong application design skills with data, integration, and security architecture.
Expertise in Salesforce Industries Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and Vlocity OmniStudio; familiarity with Agentforce.
Experience across Financial Services, Health & Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Automotive, Retail and Consumer Goods domains.

Responsibilities

Plan capacity, hiring, training, and mentoring Technical Architects.
Guide architects on CTA journey and upskilling across AI platforms.
Architect technology solutions with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients.
Lead Enterprise Architecture and Governance for enterprise-level engagements.
Drive AI-first delivery methodologies and measure business value with clients.
