Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. seeks a Data Cloud/Data 360 Architect with MC experience to design scalable Salesforce solutions and integrate enterprise AI. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, lead architectural sessions, and ensure robust data migration and security across the platform.

You will drive AI-first delivery, review architectural assumptions with AI tools, and guide implementation across projects while traveling to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent proven experience required; evaluated on core proficiencies.
• 9-14 years CRM experience with 4-5 years on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Expert level understanding of Salesforce product suite and related clouds.
• Understanding of systems architecture and scalable, performance-driven design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations.
• Drive Enterprise AI Architecture by designing scalable AI solutions within Salesforce environments.
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client goals.
• Identify gaps between current and desired end states; review assumptions using AI tools.
• Champion AI-first delivery; utilize AI tools and evaluation frameworks to accelerate delivery.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions; oversee projects.
• Follow coding standards; lead code reviews and ensure quality and proper design patterns.
• Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration.
• Maintain target billable utilization; understand project deep-dives and debugging.
• Partake in pre-sales activities when needed; engage in discovery and POC with prospects.
• Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations; travel 50-75%.
