SAVii is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise accounts in the Philippines. You will shape the sales process, coach Account Executives, and drive pipeline accuracy to achieve aggressive revenue targets.

As an executive sponsor for major deals, you will refine value messaging and partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to shorten cycles and improve client retention in a remote-first, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B/enterprise sales with targets met.
• Experience leading a sales team and mentoring.
• Executive presence and strong communication.
• CRM proficiency and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Coach a team of Account Executives; forecast meetings.
• Lead negotiations with HR, CFOs and C-level executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success for handoffs and retention.
