Job summary

Chroma Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a capable analyst to lead more complex analyses, improve documentation, and support smaller continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.

You will perform advanced analytics and KPI trend studies, lead small-scale CI and Kaizen efforts, maintain the enterprise process repository quality, guide junior analysts in RCA and documentation, provide insights for scorecards and reviews, and support automation assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Yellow Belt certification required; Green Belt preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience.
