Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a results-driven Partner Sales Manager to lead the Philippines Enterprise partner strategy within our ASEAN team. You’ll build executive relationships, drive new customer launches, and grow revenue with a portfolio of partners and solution providers.

The role requires a strong mix of business and technical acumen, channel experience in the Philippines, and the ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders while enabling developers and architects to adopt AWS

Qualifications

Degree/MBA in relevant disciplines with at least ten years of working knowledge of software development tech companies.
Extensive channel and alliance experience in Philippines is essential.
Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to work across internal and external organizations.
Experience in Enterprise Selling as an Account Manager or overlay sales function.

Responsibilities

Drive the Enterprise Philippines partner strategy.
Own and drive the pipeline of partner and AWS-originated opportunities to revenue growth.
Recruit, onboard, educate and measure partners in Philippines.
Develop and execute strategic sales growth plans with internal stakeholders.
Educate prospects/partners on AWS solutions and establish business development pipeline.
Prepare business reviews for senior management on progress toward budget.
Manage complex contract negotiations with the legal group.
Develop long-term strategic partnerships supporting market strategy.
Handle ad-hoc inquiries and qualify as AWS partnerships.
