Qualifications

• Completion of higher-level education.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar telecom/related role.
• Proven project management capability with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management and prioritization.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with timely issue resolution.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities to meet customer and business needs.
• Proficient MS Excel knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end mobile fleet transitions and activations.
• Develop transition plans, manage timelines and milestones.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support during customer onboarding.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Escalate critical issues to leadership with timely action.
• Monitor KPIs and report transition status to management.
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure alignment with contract deliverables.
