Job summary

This hybrid role is based in Buenos Aires with in-office collaboration two to three days per week and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. You will own complex migrations, coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Product, and deliver high-ownership programs that balance revenue

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Experience leading customer onboarding or implementation for complex SaaS platforms at enterprise scale.
• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role managing large-scale, multi-market projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation strategy for Top Clients across LATAM with technical excellence.
• Navigate ambiguity to drive adoption and cross-selling where paths aren’t clear.
• Scale best practices by translating product expertise into actionable recommendations for internal teams.
• Unblock complex migrations and onboarding workflows for enterprise stability.
• Collaborate across Sales, Operations, and Product to align on execution strategies for long-term client retention.
• Solve real-world problems in real-time and stay calm under pressure during high-stakes rollouts.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders.
