Job summary

Uber Mexico is seeking a Consumer Ops Lead to translate LatAm strategy into a practical Mexico-focused operational plan. You will drive day-to-day execution, build capabilities, and partner with local and cross-functional teams to enable sustainable growth.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across acquisition, retention, and scalable operations. You'll lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, analyze performance and insights, and align priorities with regional

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Strategy, Operations, or analytical roles with leadership experience.
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and drive execution in complex organizations.
  • Experience mentoring others and fostering collaboration in teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
  • Excellent business judgment and ability to translate analytics into strategy.
  • Proactive, adaptable mindset to navigate change and ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Translate LatAm consumer strategy into an operational Mexico roadmap and drive execution.
  • Represent Mexico consumer perspective in LatAm discussions and align regional priorities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of contributors.
  • Analyze performance, insights, and experiments to identify opportunities and recommendations.
  • Partner with local and cross-functional stakeholders to remove barriers and move metrics.
  • Own the Mexico experimentation roadmap, prioritizing, executing, and scaling initiatives.
