About the Role

As the Consumer Ops Lead, you will translate the LatAm consumer strategy into a clear operational plan for Mexico, driving day-to-day execution while building the capabilities and infrastructure that enable sustainable, long-term growth. You\'ll lead a team and partner closely with local and cross-functional stakeholders to bring key consumer growth initiatives to life.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You\'ll help shape regional priorities while leading the operational mechanisms, experiments, and execution needed to drive sustainable consumer growth across Mexico.

What You\'ll Do
  • Translate the LatAm consumer strategy into a clear operational roadmap for Mexico, driving execution to acquire new users, improve retention, and build scalable capabilities that support long-term growth.
  • Represent the Mexico consumer perspective in LatAm strategic discussions, bringing local insights to influence regional priorities and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of individual contributors, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Analyze business performance, customer insights, and experiment results to identify opportunities, diagnose performance drivers, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Partner closely with local teams, sub-regional leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, remove execution barriers, and ensure key business metrics are moving in the right direction.
  • Own the Mexico experimentation roadmap by prioritizing, executing, measuring, and scaling initiatives that deliver meaningful business impact across markets.
What You\'ll Need
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in Strategy, Operations, Consulting, or another analytical field, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex, high-impact initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.   • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships, align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives, and drive execution in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or developing others while fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business challenges, leverage quantitative and qualitative insights, and develop scalable solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations that drive business decisions.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and continuous learning mindset, with the ability to navigate change and ambiguity effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams through clear communication, sound judgment, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from operational teams to senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
