Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a seasoned Data Engineer / Data Analyst to drive enterprise data initiatives in Banking and Financial Services.

You will lead data platform design, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytics, delivering governance, quality, and insightful reporting across Lending, Risk, Securities, Tax, Payments, and Treasury domains. You will partner with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable data solutions, build executive dashboards, and ensure data integrity while

Qualifications

Extensive experience in data engineering and analytics in financial services.
Proven ability to design data platforms and BI solutions.
Strong SQL/PLSQL, Oracle, and ETL/ELT development skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and data governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise data warehouse and data lake solutions.
Build and support scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and reporting data marts.
Drive data integration initiatives across multiple banking platforms and source systems.
Establish data quality, reconciliation, lineage, metadata, and governance standards.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of enterprise data platforms.
Analyze large and complex datasets to generate business insights and support decision-making.
Develop reporting frameworks, executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and MIS.
Translate business requirements into actionable analytical and reporting solutions.
