The role combines hands-on engineering authority with delivery leadership, translating business demand into scalable data solutions and owning the plan, stakeholders, and tradeoffs to ship them.

You will drive data engineering initiatives, govern projects, and coordinate across data engineers, architects, and platform teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery in a banking data domain.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a data professional, spanning data engineering and/or leading cross functional data teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the data engineering delivery head for assigned initiatives, owning project plans, milestones, resourcing, and risk/issue logs from intake through go-live.
