The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and a strong focus on secure, scalable data platforms across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in banking or BFSI data engineering and analytics.
• Deep SQL, data modeling, and analytical workload skills.
• Experience with batch/incremental loads, CDC, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data platform strategy, roadmap, and standards.
• Design scalable, secure data architectures across data lake/warehouse/lakehouse.
• Lead end-to-end data platform development, operations, and modernization.
• Build robust ETL/ELT pipelines for analytics, AI/ML, and regulatory use cases.
• Drive innovation, ownership, collaboration, and automation within the team.
