You will drive operational stability, automate platform management, and support cloud-native deployments with Azure, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and Terraform. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in infrastructure/ platform operations, hands-on Linux/Windows administration, and proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD, and observability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure/platform operations in enterprise settings.
• Strong DevOps/CI-CD support experience with cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, observability, and incident management.
• Hands-on Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server administration, banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for mission-critical banking platforms.
• Lead investigation and resolution of production incidents and outages.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Support Terraform deployments and container platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift/AKS).
• Monitor health and performance using observability tools and logs.
