Job summary

TrueNAS is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and swift issue resolution. This in-office role in Makati runs 8:00 pm - 5:00 am PHT, Monday to Friday, with a base pay range of ₱47,460 to ₱71,191 per month and a 10% target bonus.

You will triage calls, emails, and portal requests, document cases in Salesforce, and coordinate deployments across time zones while maintaining SLA adherence and working with cross-functional

Qualifications

• We expect an Associate's degree or equivalent job experience.
• Experience in enterprise technical support and with storage systems.
• Familiarity with FreeNAS/TrueNAS and Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a technical context.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming calls, emails, and portal requests and document them in Salesforce.
• Prioritize and manage cases to meet SLAs and company policies.
• Coordinate scheduling of support and deployments across time zones.
• Communicate with management and other teams to balance caseloads.
• Assist in coordinating product exchanges or returns and capture feedback.
