Job summary

Philippine Global Communications, Inc. (Philcom) is seeking a Telecommunications Sales Account Manager to manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the National Capital Region.

You will identify new business opportunities, conduct client meetings and presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure service delivery, CRM updates, and sustained client relationships.

Qualifications

• B2B sales and account management experience in telecom or related industries.
• Consultative selling and enterprise contract negotiation experience.
• Ability to explain fiber/network concepts in business terms.
• Strong presentation, written communication, and proposal development.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, data analysis, and sales reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Philippine telecom/ICT/enterprise services is beneficial.
• On-site role, ability to collaborate across teams in fast-changing markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts including carriers and financial institutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Prepare proposals and quotations; negotiate contracts for fiber and connectivity solutions.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure service delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and track sales performance in CRM.
