A leading service company is seeking an Enterprise Agent to manage high-value business clients by providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities include responding to client communication through calls and emails, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively. This position is located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in customer service or account management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling corporate or enterprise accounts is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries from enterprise clients through calls, email, or ticketing.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and technical issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex concerns.
• Monitor and update client accounts, service requests, and documentation.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow company processes, service levels, and performance targets.
