Henkel Philippines seeks an Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) Tool Administrator to maintain LeanIX and support Application Managers with data quality and portfolio governance.

You will handle user access, data cleanup, and self-service reporting while collaborating with global teams and contributing to continuous EAM improvements. The role follows a mid-shift, hybrid schedule (1:00 PM–10:00 PM PH time) with three days in office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business Information Systems or related field.
• Experience with an Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tool, LeanIX preferred.
• Experience with Application Portfolio Management, IT asset/inventory, data governance or ITSM is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data quality, data maintenance, and user administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the EAM tool, primarily LeanIX, including user onboarding, access management, license reviews, user cleanup, and repository maintenance.
• Maintain and improve application portfolio data quality by identifying incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent information and coordinating with Application Managers to resolve data issues.
• Participate in proactive data cleanup projects, reviewing application information, updating fact sheets, and supporting data validation and sign-off.
• Manage and resolve EAM-related queries via shared mailbox and ServiceNow, guiding users on proper platform use.
• Support self-service data access and reporting by helping users extract and work with EAM data for reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Create, update, and maintain LeanIX user guides and documentation to enable stakeholders to use the tool effectively.
• Collaborate with the global EAM team and contribute to continuous improvement of EAM processes, data quality, and tool operations.

Job description

As an Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) Tool Administrator, you will play an important role in maintaining and supporting Henkel’s Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) environment, with LeanIX as the primary platform. You will help ensure that application portfolio data remains accurate, complete, and up to date while supporting Application Managers and other stakeholders in effectively using the platform.

Working closely with the EAM/Enterprise Architecture team, you will manage user access, data quality, queries, and repository maintenance, while also contributing to proactive data cleanup initiatives and self-service reporting. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global team, gain exposure to enterprise architecture processes, and develop expertise in EAM tools and application portfolio management.

What you’ll do

Administer and maintain the EAM tool, primarily LeanIX, including user onboarding, access management, license reviews, user cleanup, and repository maintenance

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field

Experience working with an Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tool, with LeanIX experience highly preferred

Experience with Application Portfolio Management, IT asset/application inventory, data governance, or IT service management would be an advantage

Strong understanding of data quality, data maintenance, user administration, and application information management

Experience working with tools such as ServiceNow, LeanIX, or other EAM/architecture management platforms; experience with comparable tools can also be considered

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with Application Managers and global teams

Willingness to learn and develop expertise in LeanIX and EAM processes, with a proactive and continuous-improvement mindset

Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) PH time on a hybrid work set-up, with three (3) days in the office
