Job summary

WIZ.AI is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to own end-to-end AI solution delivery for enterprise customers, from discovery and design to go-live and value realisation.

You will work directly with customers to clarify workflows, define use cases, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Support to deploy AI Talkbot solutions, monitor performance, and optimise outcomes for adoption and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in enterprise software, SaaS, solution delivery, implementation, consulting, customer success, project management, business analysis, or digital transformation

Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle. Lead projects from discovery and requirements analysis through solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, performance monitoring, and continuous optimisation.
• Understand real business problems. Work directly with customers to clarify workflows, pain points, success metrics, and operational challenges, then translate ambiguous needs into structured AI use cases and action plans.
• Design and deploy AI solutions. Use the WIZ.AI platform to design, configure, test, and launch AI Talkbot solutions, including conversation flows, prompts, rules, logic, escalation paths, test cases, and performance checks.
• Drive measurable customer outcomes. Monitor performance after go-live, identify issues, collect feedback, and improve solutions until customers achieve measurable value in adoption, customer experience, operational efficiency, or business outcomes.
• Use AI tools to work faster and better. Apply AI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, demo preparation, conversation drafting, call data analysis, feedback summarisation, issue diagnosis, and solution optimisation.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Support teams to resolve issues, manage dependencies, and keep delivery moving.
• Identify the next AI opportunity. Develop a strong understanding of each customer’s business and proactively identify opportunities for optimisation, new use cases, renewal, or expansion.
